small group outdoor conditioning

Come for the workout, stay for the connections. Liz Van Voorhis, NASM CPT, has been bringing people together through sweat across the country for 20+ years. Join her and her squad for small group training and conditioning this fall in NYC. Workouts will be a mix of sports conditioning, muscular endurance training with a bit of track work. There will be burn, there will be sweat, but there will also be strength and growth and Liz all up in your business. Additional details will be provided via email and text following sign up. All workouts are weather permitting and will be confirmed in advance.


DATES: Thursdays (5 & 26) and Saturdays (7, 14, 21, 28) during September.

LOCATION: Turf & Track at Sara D. Roosevelt park in Chinatown (entrance Chrystie/Canal).
