small group outdoor conditioning

Come for the workout, stay for the connections. Liz Van Voorhis, NASM CPT, has been bringing people together through sweat across the country for 20+ years. Join her and her squad for small group training and conditioning this August in NYC. Workouts will be a mix of sports conditioning, muscular endurance training with a bit of track work. There will be burn, there will be sweat, but there will also be strength and growth and Liz all up in your business. Additional details will be provided via email and text following sign up. All workouts are weather permitting and will be confirmed in advance. If you complete all 7 workouts, you will receive an amazing prize pack from FIT COLLECTIVE partners - goop, REN Skincare, PUMA, NDO Bands, Tavi Noir, etc.


DATES: Saturday 8/3, Thursday 8/8, Saturday 8/10, Thursday 8/15, Saturday 8/17, Thursday 8/22 and Saturday 8/24.

LOCATION: Turf & Track at Sara D. Roosevelt park in Chinatown (entrance Chrystie/Canal). NOTE: Saturday, 8/24 we will be in Williamsburg at 101 Bedford and McCarren Park for Class + Brunch.

COST: $25 credit card in advance or $20 cash in person. If you plan to pay by cash, you will still need to select the option for $0 and check out to reserve your spot. For Class + Brunch, the price will be $40 credit card and $35 cash.
